In this episode, we speak with Michael Bejani - Owner of the Instagram @Fighttoxicmasculinity on Instagram, who's made it his mission to end male stereotypes by creating wholesome, relatable memes.

Michael talks us through his childhood and how his own father was never one to show affection. Later on in life, this lead to Michael not understanding his emotions and becoming a toxic person himself. Once he realized his relationships were not doing well because of HIM, he chose to understand the true definition of masculinity and shares it with us today.
